Leizen solar park on the A19 motorway in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany
One of our current projects is the refurbishment of the Leizen solar park, which went bankrupt at the beginning of 2018.
At the end of April, we were able to start restoring its eligibility for compensation in accordance with the Renewable Energy Sources Act. This included new planning, the inverter concept, stringing and the infrastructure at DC and low voltage level.
The SolarEdge SE82.2K and SE55 inverters were installed using the P800p optimizer. The entire installation consists of 4284 modules and has a power output of 1071kwp.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of May. We are happy that the park will be put back into operation!
Update June 2020: The solar park Leizen is in operation!
